At Poettry, we understand that sometimes the products you order may not be quite what you expected. That is why we offer a generous returns and exchange policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team by email. We will provide you with return instructions and a return form to include with your package. Once we receive your package, we will process your return/exchange and issue a refund or send you a replacement item.

At Poettry, we understand that not all purchases are perfect and that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@poettry.com.

We accept returns and exchanges of unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging. All items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, or damaged.

Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers.
